Gregg Chapman is an Australian and has been playing the Didgeridoo for over 14 years.

Learning to play the didgeridoo is great for reducing stress.

It was vital for me after my wife passed away as a way for transmuting grief and loss.

It is also beneficial for deepening your breath, entering into altered states of consciousness, sleep apnea, emotions and the list goes on.

It is such a fun instrument to play although it is considered to be one of the most difficult instruments in the world.

It is not really an instrument, it is actually a tree trunk.

We need to acknowledge that the Didgeridoo is a spiritual instrument and belongs to the original Indigenous custodians of Australia.

It is not really an instrument, it is actually a tree trunk.

You will have use of your own plastic didgeridoo for this session due to hygienic reasons.  We will also be maintaining a two metre and observing soial distancing.

This is limited to 10 people.

Payment is in advance only due to limited capacity.

I am not accepting payment on the night.
