Keith's Cacao came to me in 2020 during a time when I was grieving after the passing away of my first wife, Gena.   I moved to Spain to heal and lived with my closest friend.  I was not coping with the loss and grief and then Covid came along and that did not help either.  I developed an addiction to red wine as Spain produces incredibly good Rioja and so cheap too.   However, my close friend that I was living with passed away due to alcohol addiction. We would sit and drink on his rooftop over looking the beach of the Costa del Sol.  That grief on top of the grief that I was also experiencing forced me to look at finding an alternative to Rioja.

Thankfully I had tools including NLP, my harmonium, didgeridoo and then Cacao came along.  Cacao was a replacement for alcohol and gradually I cut out the Rioja.   Cacao would help me to process, emotionally regulate and ultimately heal.

Cacao for me is nothing time, yin time, time to go within to feel, let go and heal.

Keith's Cacao is really amazing as it has had very little processing, is made by hand and is indeed a super food.  It has the natural fats still remaining, high levels of magnesium and theobromine  (a heart opening cardiovascular stimulant) and phenylethylamine (a mood enhancer that helps to combat depression).
