A private session is tailored to you and what symptoms, traumas and stage of life you are experiencing.

The low frequency range of the didgeridoo alters your brainwaves to alpha - theta range which is deep relaxation.
Therefore a didgeridoo sound healing session is beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety and related illnesses.
By slowing down the sympathetic nervous system, we are more able to cope and self heal. We are more able to think creatively and to make decisions without fear.

I discovered the healing power of the didgeridoo in 2009 on a friend who had been in a car accident. She had significant pain in her back and neck. Her pain started to ease, when I played the didgeridoo close to the area that she was experiencing pain. A week later her pain had gone. I discovered that the vibrations of the didgeridoo work in the same way that ultrasound works so a sound healing session is beneficial for a wide range of physical aches and pains.

What is brainwave entrainment?
Brainwave entrainment occurs when there is a dominant frequency around us that our brainwaves step into synchronization with that frequency.
When we go to a rock concert, we find that our heart tends to race and step into beat with the rhythm of the drums.

Nature likes to find the pathway of least resistance to be in harmony with its surroundings.

Women who work together tend to find that their menstrual cycles step into synchronization with each other.
Birds fly in natural formation.

The Didgeridoo produces a low frequency range of sound and some of those frequencies are in alpha frequency range which is associated with relaxation.
I play slower than 57 beats per minute which also has an effect of slowing down our heart rate which has positive impact on our cardiovascular health.
What is Neuro Linguistic Programming?

Most people have never heard of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

NLP is considered to be the science of excellence.

Co-created by Dr Richard Bandler and Dr John Grinder in the 1970's, NLP provides a tool box of techniques to understand how thoughts are structured, how to change those structures and therefore live a more fulfilling life. It is used for transforming trauma and to also manifest what it is that we do want.

Neuro refers to the processes of how we perceive and interpret information through our senses.

Linguistics refers to how we use internal (inner self talk) and external communication (interaction) to reinforce how we interpret the information that we are perceiving.

Programming refers to how we unconsciously process this information and can therefore be reprogrammed.

NLP is interested in how you are processing trauma rather than the story or the content of the trauma.
By making changes to that structure, we reprogramme the neural pathways in our brain and therefore reduce or eliminate the emotional intensity and replace the program with something that we want.

Gregg is a registered member of the Australian Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
TESTIMONIALS
One of the great joys of being in a didgeridoo sound bath is that the vibrations meet us wherever we are in our lives. We may have a particular situation in our life; we may need some physical healing; or we may not know why we have been drawn to experience a sound bath, it doesn’t matter.
The sound surrounds us and envelops us, before moving through our physical body in a way that is suitable for us. We are left relaxed, healed and rejuvenated and more of who we were born to be.

I had a Didgeridoo healing session with Gregg and it was fantastic! During the treatment I I felt deeply relaxed. Afterward I slept like a baby, the next day and for some time after I felt uplifted and almost euphoric. What an amazing experience and what a gifted therapist! Â I haven’t stopped telling everyone about it.. Highly recommended!
